SAFEGUARDING
At Divergent Minds Tailored Support we will not share any images or information about you or your child unless we have a safeguarding concern about the child's welfare. If we have a concern we will discuss this with the parent/s or carer/s first and contact the appropriate authority, this may be the Local Authorities Safeguarding Team and/or the Police.
GDPR
We will not share any names, addresses, or any other contact information, this includes sensitive information or personal data other than appropriate organisations if we feel there is a safeguarding concern.
Any information we have collected over the period of time working with you will be kept for 3 years on completion of our work supporting you.
CPD
We will always further our knowledge and understanding by carrying out Continued Professional Development (CPD), this may include reading relevant material that is written by professionals in this field; attending accredited courses; professional webinars; etc.
COSTINGS
Our prices are based on keeping prices as accessible as possible. As self-employed workers we have to factor in: National Insurance; HMRC Tax payments; CPD; Professional Indemnity Insurance; replacing any laptops etc; printing etc; postage; internet provider costs; etc.
COMPLAINTS
All complaints to me made in the first instance by email to Enquiries@divergentmindstailoredsupport.co.uk. This is so we have a paper trail for both the benefit of the client and professional.
RETURNS
All fees to be paid upfront once you have chosen your preferred package.
Returns may be made, this will be looked at on an individual basis.
